Customer Support Representative

Acts as the main customer contact for datacenter services: receives and follows up queries, complaints and service requests, coordinates with technical, operations and billing teams, arranges customer meetings, prepares or coordinates invoices and contracts, tracks renewals and commitments and keeps customers updated until each matter is closed.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree (14 years) in commerce, communication, computer or network engineering or sciences, or networks.
• One year of experience.
• Age 22 to 45.
