Monitors compliance with SECP NBFC rules and directives, prepares and submits statutory returns and monitoring reports, assesses the effect of regulatory changes on products and workflows, and is the focal person for credit bureau data reporting and credit compliance.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, law or a closely related field; ACCA (member or affiliate), CA-Inter, ACMA or a specialist compliance certificate is preferred.
- One to two years in regulatory compliance.
