Assistant Manager Sales Support at HBL Asset Management, Karachi: leads the team that processes investor transactions from sales, distributors and digital channels. Two to three years in financial services support.

Leads the processing of investor transactions coming in through sales teams, distributors and digital channels, accurately and within SLAs. Handles escalations and complaints, high-risk investor accounts (KYC/AML/CRS, deceased holders, expired CNICs), issues CGT challans, tax certificates and statements, prepares daily activity reports and MIS, and drives automation of digital transactions.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably a master's, from an HEC-recognised university.
  • Two to three years in support and customer service in the financial industry.

Skills

  • Team management.
  • Knowledge of fund products, operations and service quality.
