Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive sales, business development, and profitability for the assigned area.
- Achieve deposit, asset, and cross-sell targets in line with the Bank's strategic goals.
- Mentor and lead Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, and branch staff across Mardan region.
- Minimum 15 years of commercial banking experience including 5 years as Area Manager or above.
